"A bit clunky, but I got through it"
I tried signing up on my phone it wasn’t the smoothest experience. A couple of pages froze on me, and the checkout process felt clunky. I did manage to finish in the end, so I guess it worked, but it could definitely be easier.

"Transfer option works, but took me a minute"
BikeReg was fine for getting signed up, no real issues there. The only thing that tripped me up was figuring out how to transfer an entry. I did find the option eventually, after poking around for a bit with my coffee going cold next to me, but it felt kind of tucked away. I also didn’t realize how much it depended on the specific event rules, so that added to the confusion. Not a dealbreaker or anything, I just wish it was a little more obvious without having to click through a bunch of pages.

"I added the donation at checkout and..."
I added the donation at checkout and it went through just fine. It only took about a minute, and I figured why not since it was simple enough. The receipt showed up like it was supposed to, so no complaints from me.

"Team setup threw me off a bit"
It worked fine overall, like nothing was totally broken, but I did get a little lost when it came to setting up the group entries. I was kind of clicking around trying to figure out who needed to go where, and it wasn’t super clear at first. Once I got through it, it was okay, but the team setup part could definitely be simpler.

"I got in from the waitlist without..."
I got in from the waitlist without any hassle, which was more efficient than I expected it to be. Not exactly a thrilling process, but it did what it was supposed to do

"Easy Ride Signup With One Small Hiccup"
I signed up for a ride it was smooth from the start. Right after I booked, the confirmation came through, which was nice because I didn’t have to sit there wondering if it actually went through. The emails were straightforward and gave me the main details I needed. At one point, I did have to poke around a bit to find one small piece of information, but it wasn’t a huge deal. In the end, everything worked out fine and the process was easy enough.

"I started using it a few…"
I started using it a few days ago—or maybe it was last week, I’ve lost track, but overall it was easy enough to figure out. It does what I needed, just feels a bit clunky in places and not as smooth as I expected

"Login Is Fine, Editing Profile Is a Hassle"
Logging in works without any real problems, but trying to edit my profile is annoying. It feels a bit clunky, and it makes me wonder how polished the rest of the app really is

"Worked, but a bit stressful"
I got registered in the end, so that part was fine. But the payment page froze on me once, and retrying I had to do, which made me a little nervous. Not a terrible experience, just not super smooth

"Surprisingly Helpful Organizer Tools"
I’ll admit, I didn’t expect much from the organizer tools at first because they looked basic, but they actually ended up saving me a decent amount of time. Everything was simple enough to figure out, and I got my stuff sorted faster than usual. Not the fanciest setup ever, but it did the job better than I thought it would

"Verification took longer than expected"
It worked fine in the end, but the eligibility check felt a bit slow. I also didn’t get any follow-up while I was waiting, which was kind of annoying because I wasn’t sure if things were still moving or if I needed to do something else.

"Easy way to find local rides"
I used BikeReg to look up bike events near me, it was painless. The filters for date and distance were super helpful, so I wasn’t just endlessly scrolling. I ended up finding a gravel ride next month that I had no idea was happening. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a cold leftover pancake while searching, which somehow made the whole thing feel even more random. The site isn’t flashy, but it’s straightforward and does exactly what I needed. 5 stars from me

"Class info was a little confusing"
I used bikereg.com to sign up for a local race, and the actual registration process was mostly fine. It wasn’t hard to get through, but the category information seemed a bit inconsistent.

The class I chose didn’t quite match what the event page showed later, so I ended up having to email the organizer just to make sure I was in the right spot. It’s not a huge crisis or anything, but it feels like basic fairness to give people clear info before they pay and commit to a race.

The site does work, and I’d probably use it again if needed, but the category and class details really should be checked more carefully. People are just trying to register correctly without extra back-and-forth

"Refund took too long..."
I had to cancel once, which happens... but the refund took way longer than I expected. It eventually got sorted out, but the wait was frustrating.

"Easy to Find What I Needed"
I found my race without any trouble, which was a nice change compared to some other sites I’ve used that make you dig around forever. Everything was straightforward and quick.

"Nice to know the fees upfront"
I used BikeReg to sign up for a local ride, it was painless. The fees were shown before I paid, so there wasn’t any surprise charge popping up at the very end, which I always appreciate. If you’re registering for a ride through it, just give everything a quick look before checkout, but in my experience it was clear, simple, and fast. I’d use it again.

"Promo code did its job"
I used a promo code on BikeReg and it worked just fine at checkout. It took me a minute to spot where to enter it, like I was on a tiny treasure hunt, but once I found the box it applied without any issues.

"Add-ons worked, but I expected a smoother setup"
I’ve used BikeReg a bunch before and generally like sticking with it because it’s familiar, but this time the merch add-ons were just okay. I signed up for the event and added a shirt and parking pass, and checkout itself was easy. The add-ons felt kind of tucked away, though, and I wasn’t totally confident about what I’d selected until the confirmation email showed up. Everything did go through fine, so no major issue, but it felt a little clunky for a platform I usually trust.

"First impression was really solid"
Right away, I got the sense that everything was clearly laid out. I was able to find all the race details I needed before signing up, which made the decision easy.

"Slow Support When I Needed Help"
I used BikeReg to sign up for a local race and ended up having a question about my entry. Support did eventually get back to me, but it took a few days, which felt stressful with the event getting closer. I kind of felt stuck waiting around with no real way to move forward. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more frustrating than I expected.
